Miss Takes Wild Takes is an improv based production space where spontaneity leads and everything is filmed.
Actors, directors, and crew are assembled on the spot. Scenes are created in real time. Prompts are given, characters emerge instantly, and the camera never stops rolling.
Short scripted or semi scripted scenes are chosen specifically for Wild Takes. Scripts may come from the Writers’ Studio, active Miss Takes members, or be created live through a story relay game and filmed on the spot. Directors, cast, and crew are assigned on set, including for story relay games. Casting and crew calls are held for members who want to participate.
We then move into group improv, inviting everyone to build characters, respond to prompts, and sustain scenes through listening, bold choices, and collaboration.
Wild Takes also features solo improv confessions—character driven monologues in which performers invent backstories and speak directly to the camera.
Wild Takes is playful, unpredictable, and creatively demanding. It is built on trust, collaboration, and creative risk taking.
