Our Miss Takes Actors’ and Writers’ Studios are scheduled based on host availability. While we strive to maintain a consistent schedule, life happens. We plan at least one session per studio each month, sometimes combined, and we keep participants updated via our website, Instagram, email, and SignUp Genius. Miss Takes Writers’ Studio
Miss Takes Writers’ Studio is a creative space for screenwriters and storytellers to develop ideas, refine scripts, and grow together. We meet in libraries, cafés, and online to write side by side, share feedback, and support one another through every phase of the process.
Whether you're outlining a concept, polishing dialogue, or stuck in a rewrite, this is a space to workshop story structure, deepen character development, and receive honest, constructive feedback in a supportive environment.
We also host table reads (in-person and virtual), providing a chance to hear your words aloud and gain real insight.
Editors are welcome, too! We open our space to those looking to develop their editing skills and collaborate with writers to shape story flow and tone. If you're a storyteller who thrives on community, craft, and collaboration, this is your studio.
