Miss Takes: Set Life
Presented by Houston Public Library & Miss Takes Film Club

Lights, camera, action! Join Miss Takes Film Club for a hands-on, 5-week filmmaking workshop where teens get a real taste of life on set. Designed for ages 12–17, this series walks participants through the filmmaking process—from concept and crew roles to shooting and wrapping a project—while building confidence, creativity, and teamwork skills.

Whether you're curious about directing, camera work, acting, or what happens behind the scenes, Set Life is your chance to explore the world of filmmaking in a fun, supportive environment. No experience necessary- just bring your imagination!

Ages: 12–17
When: Every Wednesday, 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM
